I have always had some kind of camera in my hand at a young age and I love planning my own themed parties. It seems only fit for me to find my way into the wedding/event industry. . . but How or Why, you ask?
Content Creators are all the rage these days!
As a past Bride in 2023, I did not have a
Content Creator at my wedding, and I regret not having one at all!
This is what led me to start my own business, BTS by BEEE.
I do not want YOU to miss out on moments captured on your Wedding day or your special event and look back and say
“I wish I had more to relive the day.” Trust those that say your wedding goes by in the blink of an eye!

Frequently asked questions
Does wedding content creation replace traditional photography or videography?
A content creator is not a replacement for photography or videography. Photographers and Videographers have higher quality equipment and are geared towards capturing your entire day with their visual eye.
If you do not have a videographer, it just means you can not expect the same level of quality as a videographer from a Content Creator.
Cell phone images and video are great for content and highlight moments!
It is also important to note that we do not take lead on organizing group shots, ensuring photo lists are checked off. The Photographer or Videographer team will take the lead on these types of shots.
We want to be able to work alongside your Photo/Video Team to capture lots of memories and behind the scenes of those shots being taken!
What is the process of hiring BTS by BEEE?
Once you have submitted an inquiry, BTS by bee will email or contact you to set up an initial call to get to know each other to see if we are a good fit. We will go over what content you are seeking, packages, add ons, and any questions that you may have. After the initial call, we will send you our packages, a contract, and questionnaire. If you choose to move forward with a package, a signed contract and a retainer fee will need to be paid before officially being booked.
How will the content be delivered?
You will receive all the content via Google Drive link the next day via an email. Once we send the link, you can download your files to your laptop, mobile device or tablets. The link will remain active for 6 months.
How many photos & videos are captured?
Clients can expect to receive 600 to over 2000 files, depending on the hourly package chosen. Please note that most of your content will be in short video form. Photos are included but if you desire more photos than video, please bring this up on our initial call.
Do you collaborate with Photo & Video teams?
Yes! We share the space with Photo and Video teams. Photo & Video teams take charge and Content Creators are more so the shadow of the day. BTS by Beee tries to reach out to Photo & Video teams ahead of events to ensure that we work together rather than against each other. We try to avoid being in their shots at all times.
Please note that before booking with a Wedding or Event Content Creator, that you check the terms and contract agreement with your Photographer & Videographer. Some Photo and Video teams have strict rules about being the sole providers of photos and videos of that event, and do not want content creators to hinder their deliverables.
Are you LGBTQ+ Inclusive?
Yes! We are here to serve ALL couples!
Do I have to do the trendy viral videos for social media?
You do not have to do the viral trendy videos! You do not need to be an influencer or social media fanatic. You can simply just have the extra photos/videos of your special event for you to look back on for ever and relive all the moments you may have not noticed on the day of.
If you do want to do some viral trendy videos, just make sure this is accounted for in the timeline and your photographer/videographer or planner knows about it.
Feel free to post or do whatever you may like with the content or footage. If you do not wish for BTS by BEEE to share any specifics of your event on their website/social pages, just let us know.
Can you make special requests?
Yes, of course! During our planning meeting before your event, we will go over a questionnaire, timeline, music for your highlight videos, trends/viral videos (if desired), and any other specific people or moments you wish to be captured.
Do you offer any additional services?
Yes! Please review our A La Carte section. We offer additional hours, a second shooter to help capture more details of the Groom and another perspective, and more coverage. If BTS by Beee is the sole stand in for videography, we can offer stand alone cameras for ceremonies and speeches.
